Hi everyone, I was doing sw last year and lost a few pounds but have managed to put all back on again and more i would like to lose 2 stone but cannot get started again, i went shopping yesterday but not sure its all sw friendly which is another excuss to eat bad for another weektoday i have just made lunch which is
brown roll with chicken and sweetcorn and real mayo with walkers 34g of crisps (this is the sort of things i eat now) feel so disapointed in myself that i cannot get on track

don't feel dissapointed in yourself. It seems you want to get back on track so focus on that. Do you attend SW Classes? Because i find that always helps me to stay on track.
