Aww Hun *Hugs* don't feel dissapointed in yourself. It seems you want to get back on track so focus on that. Do you attend SW Classes? Because i find that always helps me to stay on track.

If you need any help on knowing what SW freindly or just you can check the Syn value or the recipe sub forums to get some good meal ideas. Everyone's so lovely and supportive on this site so won't mind helping you out

    Good Luck

    Sum Xx

Hi there, I used to go to group last year and I lost 3 stone altogether. Since leaving, I have put it all back on. I have gone back to the plan since and not managed to stay focused. I started again last week, and feel so much more in control this time. Not sure why it is, or what started it. I do really think that your whole body and mind has to be 100% committed, or you find an easy way to cheat. I must say that I loved going to groups, and it really did spur me on alot, but now that I am doing it on my own, I have the challenge of keeping myself motivated. 3 of my close friends are all doing the SW plan now too, and I find that we keep each other focused by texting daily usually, and keeping each other on track.

Good luck with it, and I hope you stay focused this time around x
