Just tried the uncle ben's chinese express rice that takes 2 minutes in the microwave - was really nice, and made for a nice change!!

Those pouches are a god send when you are busy.

Our ASDA usually do 3 for £3 from memory.

I love the mushroom one best, really nice rice!

Hi DQ- try adding loads of steamed veg, especially broccoli and chinese greens- that usually did me for dinner left overs for lunch the next day!

Oh I remember food...so long ago now...
