    Please can anyone tell me how to get the things that show your weight loss progress, and how to add them to my signature.

    Hiya casper welcome to the SW forum I wish you all the best with the weight loss. As for the bars that show your weight loss I cant even remember how I did it but I am sure someone else with a full brain will be able to help you.

    Hello and welcome Casper

    The more you post, the more privileges you get. I believe once you get to 50 posts, you can go to tickerfactory.com and createa ticker. Then you copy and paste it into your signature using your User CP (top left hand on the blue bar at the top)

    Thanx for your message and well wishes. Have managed to crack the secret code for now lol. Found the sticky for first timers and it's answered all my questions. Thanx so much am hoping to do very well on SW, think it really suits me, been doing it for about 5 weeks and have lost 3.9kg so far and am really loving it alot. Have been reading all the posts about recipes and syn values and stuff and it's been great.

    (Holiday for 2 weeks came off CD) 0lbs
    WEEK5: -12LBS

    WEEK 7: -3lbs (1500 plan)

    Week 9: 0lbs Was my birthday and eating everything and anything i wanted lol lol
    Week 10: 0lbs I forgot my birthday was over and was consuming carb carb carbs. lol was lucky not to put on!

    Hi there!

    For the bar that shows you the weight loss, I clicked on someone elses and it takes you straight to the Ticker Factory website, follow the steps for the weight loss one, desgin your own ticker , (it will be password protected too) and then copy the first URL to paste it in to your signature -at the beginning, it will just be a website with lots of number, but when you preview it, you will have the ticker that you designed show up.

    HTH and that I didn't confuse you!!
