    Really really bad week ;(

    Urghhh been so ill this week had the flu so had cough medicine and doctors drugs. And it's my * week and works been really bad and I'm
    Doing badly at Uni and had 2 mcds and a pizza hut this week I hate this week sooooo much just want to cry ;( I've had bad food cus I've been so I'll n not had energy to eat and veg and fruit tastes horrible ;( xxx

    BMI Information:
    I'm sorry to hear you are unwell hun. I got over the most painful * week and then had man flu for 3 weeks and now I'm waiting for * week again. Makes me wanna scream lol! I was constantly feeling nausiated during my man flu so I ate spicier foods as it got my taste buds going a bit. Try having some SW chips sprinkled with some nando's peri peri chip spice from the supermarket or some salt & crushed black pepper or add some chilli to your baked beans and have them on a jacket spud or on toast. The stodge should make you feel a bit better too. Hope you feel better soonish. xx
