Next goal
I will be wearing my size 14 pear shaped linen trousers on 18th June, 2013
How? I will listen to my slimpods - I will do my ttapp basic workout once a week - core cardio twice a week
I will stop eating as soon as full - I will drink more water - I will walk a minimum of 75 miles before mid June

My biggest problem is crisps and i like an odd beer or two lol. Im going to have to figure out the syn value for these!

Depends if you are like me. I open one packet of crisps, I then just 'have' to have another. So I have found it easier to cut them out. choccie is another downfall. Yes I could syn it and do sometimes but I have found I cope better to allow myself some on weigh day. I look forward to it and enjoy it
There are fab recipes and ideas on here
Another good section to read is the diary section where people put up their food diaries. It gives ideas of different foods etc. Things we might not think to try.
