Happy newbie!

Hi all,

Ive done SW in the past, and thought I'd give it another go after not losing much on WW's. Anyway doing it along as have the books and stuff and on my WI yesterday I had lost 5lbs!!! I couldnt beleive it, it took me 4 weeks to lose this amount on WW, I have never lost this much in a week before so Im really really pleased, and to top it off, I tried on my pre pregnancy jeans (baby is now 10 months) and the did up... ok a little tighter on me than i liked but they still did up!! Im one happy mother now :)

BUT, im out tonight for drinks, anything you guys would suggest as I dont want to blow all the good weeks work in one night. I dont intend to go mad and usally drink wine which i know has the most syn values so any input would be appriciated...
 
Thanks, when I have done SW in the past, the weekends were my downfall, but then again I used to go out a lot more than I do nowadays!
I'll do that and hopefully wont cause too much damage!
