Shanny's life will be pulled by goals, just as surely as it can be pushed by drives.
Red days are meat and green are pasta/potato but you can switch and change between them. Why don't you want to eat carbs? They fill you up for longer so you don't snack as much xOriginally Posted by *Shanny*

Carbs are limited on the red plan so you may want to start off on that plan before transitioning to extra easy. But in moving from a vlcd to normal eating you will likely see a gain as your body gets used to food again and remember ... carbs are not bad, you need them!

ok thank youred days would suit me fine just for a while.
Thank you i have been eating normally again but calorie counting and havent introduced carbs yet.. and im not needing or missing it just yet. Ive maintained for 2 weeks now so im doing fine.. but would like to lose more weight but on a food plan and no more VLCD's... i totally understand carbs are not bad..and will be looking forward to eating ham sandwich when i get back to work in september..
what days do u do?

I do extra easy, but tend to keep the carbs down anyway. Mostly I'd say it works out a third to a half of intake being fruit & veg (so low carb) and a third to a quarter being protein (lean meat or fish), and then a little carbs (maybe a couple of new potatoes or a little wholemeal pasta or egg noodles). That seems to work better for me than when I've had more carb intake in the past. Have noticed better weight loss, more energy, less bloated after meals. All good.
Hmmm ur making me HungaryOriginally Posted by ermintrude

Have you thought about the Dukan Diet? thats v v low carb and fat free and as an ex vlcder have found it the best and easiest plan for me. x
i was worried about eating normal foods again after doing a meal replacement diet but i went straight into doing slimming world as i wanted to do alot of exercise and couldnt do this on 500 cals a day, so far so good, SW is working for me (it hasnt worked in the past) i am still shedding the weight, its only been 2 wks but i am 4 lbs down, i tend to do a mixture of extra easy and green days

All the plans allow you to eat low carbohydrate foods if that's what you want to do.
