Red days are meat and green are pasta/potato but you can switch and change between them. Why don't you want to eat carbs? They fill you up for longer so you don't snack as much x

Carbs are limited on the red plan so you may want to start off on that plan before transitioning to extra easy. But in moving from a vlcd to normal eating you will likely see a gain as your body gets used to food again and remember ... carbs are not bad, you need them!

I do extra easy, but tend to keep the carbs down anyway. Mostly I'd say it works out a third to a half of intake being fruit & veg (so low carb) and a third to a quarter being protein (lean meat or fish), and then a little carbs (maybe a couple of new potatoes or a little wholemeal pasta or egg noodles). That seems to work better for me than when I've had more carb intake in the past. Have noticed better weight loss, more energy, less bloated after meals. All good.

All the plans allow you to eat low carbohydrate foods if that's what you want to do.
