    I'm so happy to say that I won my groups Woman of the Year award last night. Unfortunately I am still too far from target to go any further with the competition even though I have lost the required 3 stones.

    Anyway I plan to be at target by next year so I hope I can at least make it through to the regional final.
    Final result for the 1st year of following the plan 7 stone 5lb gone

    2 stone 2lbs to go!

    Green days all the way!

    1/3rd of me gone for ever!

    Starting afresh for my 2nd year with a vengeance!
