Does anyone know what the syn value is for Ryvita minis if not using as a HE.

I believe they are 6 syns a pack. If you have SW password, register on their site and follow the steps to find the syn value.

Totally agree with you on that one but I like the sweet chilli ones the rest are bleurgh.
