    Help with Syns Calulator please!?

    Morning! This may be a silly question so forgive me...

    I am trying to work out the syn value of some of the meals from Zizzi before I go there tonight. I've got the nutritional values, however when it gets to the 'Package/Portion size' box, I don't know what to put.

    The nutritional values are 'per meal' but obviously I don't know the weight

    Any suggestions of how I work out the syns?

    Unless Zizzi is one of the restaurants listed on syns online then there is no way to work out the syns yourself I'm afraid. You just have to give it your best guesstimate.
