Lost 1 stone on SW first time around this time finally got to target
In Target Range and learning the art of maintaining
im trying, think i might just be having one of those low days. I just want to lose weight but its not going to happen over night so i need to just keep going. SW obviously works so i just need to find out the best way to make it work for me.
some folk have a slower weight loss than on the other plans. Having said that some folk can't loose on green and a couple of years back I lost 5.5stone using green all the way. Thats something to think about.... I love the way SW has different plans as we are all different folks!

well week one i did red and green, week 2 was just green and now week 3 is EE.

I think you're putting an awful lot of pressure on yourself, it's great to have goals, but to look slim and slinky on the 26th??? That's madness!
By my reckoning you have 62lb to lose, well at best that will take you 31 weeks but may take 62, it may take more, but all the time you are STS or a small gain even you are better off than gaining and gaining, or not even caring what you are doing!
This is a change of life, you are going to eat this way maybe a little tweaked but do you really want to be 'on a diet' then eat like before, put on weight then go on another 'diet' then pile it all back again?
Stop looking at what is beyond your reach and grab hold of what you can see, so far you have lost 2.5lb
So only 1/2lb to make it 3, then only another 2 to make it 5.
Maybe you need to decide on a plan and stick with it for a few weeks, get yourself familiarised with the plan.
After maybe 4 weeks try another, decide which you feel is best and easiest for you.
We've said this to people so many times, but spending more on fruit and veg does NOT equal spending more over all.
Add up the takeaways, coffee out, shop sarnies, chocolate bars, sweets crisps etc and I can almost guarantee you are spending if not less then the same as before!

Your info on the side panel says you are following Exante .......if indeed that was your diet plan prior to embarking on SW, then I would say you need to give you body a bit of time to adjust.
I'd say you've done pretty darn well to lose weight within the last 3 weeks if you have gone from shakes to food.

yeah i was on the shake diet last year and lost 3st then peed about with it again a few months before starting SW. I didn't expect to be slim by the 26th just from SW, this diet has been booked up for 6months now so im annoyed with myself for messing about because i could have been slim by now if id just been good!Oh well iv got a few months to lose some weight before making baby #2. Id love to lose at least 1st before getting pregnant.
