So im on week 3 and so far iv been very disappointed with the losses or lack of. You've not put your stats on, maybe you don't have a lot too lose. But we do all lose weight at different rates.

You say you're spending more on fruit & veg, but you'll also be spending less on other foods.

Yes post your food diary here, I know you've show your C but we can all offer our input.

It is also only saturday which is a long way from wednesdays weigh in so you have no idea whether you have lost this week a lot can happen in a few days this is why SW recommend that you don't get weighed at home !!!

Post your food diary here as everyone suggests. Stay 100% and the scales will pay off.

Was your sts star week? Had you been 100% including carefully weighing and measuring healthy extras and noting down every syn. I am a consultant and look at loads of diaries and sometimes you can see why someone has not lost and sometimes you can't but nearly always IF the member sticks with it instead of getting discouraged and giving up then the weight does come off.
Lost 1 stone on SW first time around this time finally got to target

Are you sure you've given SW a real chance, hon? If you weigh on a Weds, then you're only two and a half days into week three, technically! If I were you I'd give it a full month, and if you still think it's not working for you then try a different diet. I don't think giving up is the answer though - I bet you know this already, deep down! Better to be trying to lose weight, and losing it more slowly than you'd like, than to stop trying and regain what you've lost so far. You'll get there in the end! *hugs*

Don't give up. Like others have said you are only a couple of days into week 3 so the loss may not be showing yet. Leave the weighing for the full week. I made the mistake of weighing myself too often and got fed up but this time I am going to wait the full week!

Think about what you have said.
You are less than 3 weeks in, which is nowhere near enough time to determine if antthing is working, except perhaps a course of antibiotics.
You have been sneeky peeking, so you don't actually know if its not working yet. There are hundreds of threads explaining why on here so I'm not repeating them.
You feel you are wasting a fiver. I agree on this point. If you persist in weighing yourself at home between official weigh ins you are COMPLETELY & UTTERLY wasting your money. Get rid of your scales - perhaps sell them to cover the cost of group for a few months There is a reason you weigh in once a week & if sneeky peeks are going to send you into this kind of tailspin then no diet is ever going to work with you.
You are spending lots of money on fruit &
Veg. Lots of threads on how to reduce the cost of SW, including ways to get your superfree in without breaking the bank. Also, you should be using fruit & veg INSTEAD or other foods, not as well as. That pack of mince should go further than it did before, that box of cereal should last longer etc.

Definitely keep off the scales. Look at it this way your 2.5 days into your week that's a third of the week and you've lost 0.5lbs. Keep doing that and you're on track for a 1.5lb loss this week which is spot on for SW

Hide or get rid of the scales and just have your class weigh in

I can relate..am 20 stone and keep restarting sw...its all in the mind with me and in the past Id convince myself i was doing it correctly, so what was wrong...um the type of cereal, the wrong size slice of bread, the non fat free yoghurt, the non fat free packet savoury rice or supernoodles...etc. i became slack and lazy with the plan....im not back on it yet as had a lousy first week just being ridiculous with multipack crisps..i need a gurdian angel and a magic wand...or else the considerable support i believe minimins seems to be able to offer..good luck with you. Iwish you all the best

Don't give up!!!! You've got to give it a fair chance as it really does work if you stick to it properly and your honest with yourself about it!!!! I know it's difficult but try not to compare your weight loss to others...... We're all different so you'll do it in your own time, you've just gotta have faith in yourself, I've only lost 4.5 lbs in 5 weeks which included 10 days abroad but the way I see it is that if I hadn't been on SW I would probably have put that on and more!!!! Stick with it hun and you'll start seeing results :-) Xxxx

oh i need to clarify i know you shouldn't weight between groups and i dont. Today is the first time iv got on the scales just because i am feel so low and wanted to prove to myself that im not that fat!.....well it kind of back fired! so i dont sneeky peek this was just a one off slip up. im not going to give up, iv had time to think it through. Iv got a night out on the 26th and i wanted to look stunning and thin but it hasn't happened, then i want to lose some weight before trying for baby #2 and again it hasn't happened. I enjoy the food and have been trying my first week of EE which has been nice to have a bit of everything.
I dont know if last week was * week because i dont get them but i was increadibly bloated that day so maybe i was without actually knowing it. I'll see how it goes on WI on weds and hopefully i'll have a loss.
    Cheers guys
