I am finding it so hard to get back into sw way of eating. Since I started back at work I am all over the place. I would like to do a mix of ee,green and red days all depending on what I have in kitchen.
Does this mixture really work for losing weight?
Is there any one here with success stories of this?
I need so much motivation i'm at a dead end
My weight is slowly but surely getting me down and effecting every aspect of my life please send me all of your advice hints and tips please

I'd recommend planning your meals for the week ahead - that way you'll get into the swing of things again without having to think about it too much! I usually find that one good day follows another.

Back on track after a shaky start to 2012 - aiming for 10 stone 7.5 to regain my 5 stone award!
