    Hello Again!

    Back from hols and had a lovely relaxing time. Was off-plan while away but did my best not to completely undo all my hard work so far!

    Had a puncture while we were away! As it was a hire car it was straight forward to phone them up & get a mechanic to sort it out. He had to change the wheel in the snow on Tuesday!! Having a relaxing soak in the outdoor hot tub in the snow was a bit strange!!

    Trying hard to get back into a routine. Only trouble is this holiday was really to act as driver for my parents (it was their holiday).
    We`re away on our own holiday to the south coast a week on Wednesday!! THEN... mum & dad are away again next month and guess who`s there as driver again! Three holidays in six weeks!! So much for trying to stay on plan!

    That`s without several birthdays next month including my own and our anniversary. Think I`ll hope for some damage limitation between now and April.

    Why couldn`t at least one of these holidays be in the summer? When the rain is a bit warmer!!

    At least we haven`t had much snow, I know some of you girlies have had a fair bit of the white stuff!!

    All dried noodles are freeeee if cooked without oil The straight to wok ones aren't free as they're usually coated in oil

    Oh my gosh, so sorry haha! Did not see the 'RED' bit in there! Eek! Sorry Chloe I blame laringitis ;D

    On which note, I did go to the doctors and that was my diagnosis! Got a whole 'nother course of antibiotics as I still have a temperature and fast heart rate! :\ Apparently my voice could be gone for a whole 4 weeks!

    I did SW a couple of years ago and it worked but I managed to put it all back on again ? I'm now ready to start again and will do it from home but can someone give me some reminders / updates please?

    How much cereal is allowed for the HExB?

    Can you think of any significant changes I've missed over that time

    I've got a list of most things that I kept from before and I know there's a forum here for Syn values so that will be a great help.

    Week 11 2lb back on!
    Week 12 2lb down ( same two pound I put on last week!!)
    Week 13 2.5lb down
    Week 14 2.5lb back on!!

    Total on SW 10 pounds
    Over all total 55 pounds down

    Goals
    To be under 200 lbs
    Done 2nd March 13
    To be in the '13's'
    done 18th April
    To lose 4 stone
    done 20th April
    7 week challenge - 8th April - 28th May - 1 stone down - struggling with this!!!
    To be 'half way there'
    To be in the '13.7's' before my hols on June 1st.

    Yes most cereals have changed the weights and also the cheese on HE a (30g for cheddar up from 28g and 40g for LF cheddar down from 42g). I have a new book and also access on line, as I paid for SW on line for 3 months to motivate myself to lose the weight.

    Which cereal do you need to know?
