Slimming world must haves?

Pasta, rice, cous cous, spray light, tinned tomatoes, baked beans, spuds for cupboard(there are loads) and for fridge I love quark, greek yoghurt, eggs, muller lights and of course as much fruit, vegies and lean meat as you want
Thats just off the top of my head :)

Besides plenty of fruit, veg and lean meat, there are lots of things I always like to make sure I have in my cupboard/fridge. My top 10 is probably:

- Baked Beans
- MugShots
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Passatta
- Mushy Peas
- MullerLights
- Kellogg's Fibre Plus bars (1=HExB on EE)
- Weight Watchers tortilla wraps (5 Syns each)
- Weight Watchers Low Fat Cheese Triangles (4=HExA on EE)
- Sweetener

Try the Syn Values board (low syn treats section) and the New SW Food Discovery sticky for ideas as well - I always buy Jumbo Caramel Snack-a-Jacks (2.5 syns), Curly Wurly (6)or Freddos(5) and Mini Milks(1.5) for a sweet fix. I also put onions and mushrooms in almost all savoury meals and having dried cous-cous is a quick lunch or dinner lifesaver. I'm also addicted to roasted peppers which come in a jar in brine (free)- love em!

Tinned Chickpea Dahl (syn free from asda and morrisons)
Veetee Rice American or Basmati (1 or 1.5 syns per pack, always on offer!)
Cheap mixed salad
The above 3 do a great, low syn, 3 minute lunch or dinner on EE
Steamfresh veg
Mushy peas
Beans
Spuds (sw chips or squares in the actifry)
Frylight
Soy Sauce
Cottage cheese
Muller lights when on offer! (I like the chocolate sprinkle ones)
Melons
Chicken drumsticks

Just a few essentials I can think of!

Frylight
Sweetener
Pepsi Max
Passata
Mushrooms (I eat them in/with most things!
Quark
Alpen Light Bars (2 = HexB or 3 Syns each)
Sesame Ryvita (3 = HexB or 1.5 Syns each)
Baked Potatoes (SW Wedges are possibly my fave SW food!)
Mullerlights
Seafood Sticks (I do a lot of red days!)
Sainsbury's Be Good To Yourself Sausages (At 0.5 Syns each if you're a sausage fan, they're a must have! in fact, I never really liked Sausages that much before SW but these are honestly the nicest sausages I've tried!)

I do alot of green days but always can survive of I have all of the above mostly because I live on jacket pot & beans / omelettes :)

I always have these in my fridge/cupboard:

Processed peas
Frozen peas
Sweetcorn
Vegetable stock cubes
Frylight
Mushrooms
Grapes
Passata
Pasta n Sauce
Batchelor's savoury rice
Hifi bars

Bovril cubes are a must-great for seasoning and a nice drink on a cold evening.

Fat free cottage cheese is my biggest buy every week x

Mine are:

A variety of stock cubes
A whole load of herbs and seasonings
Tinned toms
Mushy peas
Bachelors savoury rice
Eggs
Bacon
Pasta
Onions
Garlic

I find that if I have this lot in I can easily knock up a cheap and easy meal. I do tend to eat a lot of meat, but most of my meals are made from exactly the same ingredients with a different herb or spice selection! Ie...spag bol, chilli, curry, stew...all the same sauce base just different flavour and different meat!

The only thing I can add to this list is indevidual packets of White chocolate options to add to my Fromage frais, worth 2 of anybodys syns. I also find that if im in a dire moment with bad sweet cravings, 2 syns wont kill me even if it means going over. Going to the corner shop for a family bar of chocolate would

How much fromage frais do you use per sachet Fairy? Might give this a go x

Pudding rice and instant mash are on my list, SW rice pudding and pizza are yum.

I also have to have aunt Bessie's swede and carrot mash in the freezer.

The mint options hot choc is my fave @ 2syns - I love the one in costa & this is almost as good if you add a splash of milk from your healthy extra. Great if you need a late night chocolate fix, I promise! Buy the sachets though as you def get the syns right.
