    IBS/Coeliacs

I'm sorry, I can't seem to find the right place to post this.

I joined slimming world today and reading through the materials I think it would be best if I started with one of the ready made weekly plans while I get to grips with it all. Problem is I have IBS and am intolerant to a wheat, gluten, red meat and can only tolerate a certain amount of dairy. The red meat and dairy is easy to work around once I get to know syns and find out what I can tolerate. Bread is a complete no-no for me. Does anybody know what Gluten free bread I can eat and the syns etc involved? I would be very grateful for any help.

If you have made mistakes, there is always another chance for you. You may have a fresh start any moment you choose, for this thing we call 'failure' is not the falling down, but the staying down

Being on this diet is like being on a wagon that goes at speed then slows down, but it may even stop or go in reverse for a short time, so dont get off the wagon! If you get off, get thrown off, or lose your place, run after it! If that doesn't work, get the next immediate wagon. Fight to stay on the wagon it will take you to your destination

Would this work? I tried it today and it tasted lovely.

Quinoa porridge made with kara coconut milk. Added cinnamon, sweetner, vanilla essence and nutmeg to taste.
