Just be thankful and move quickly on! Lol.. Only kidding. Do you write out food diaries at all? I find that helps me pinpoint where I can improve things. I tend to be on best behaviour as well, cause I know I've got to write it down lol

gutted, but if I am honest, I deserved more on. had a rubbish week with work and illness and scoffed my weight in throat smoothers and other comforts.

Will I got on the scales...figured it would be best to see the damage sooner than later. And I have had a lossI am blaming the stress. Going to really try and get back on track this week.
