I never liked beetroot until I grew my own, picked it very small, and roasted or boiled it. Lovely!
Warning - do not be alarmed if your wee turns red when eating lots of beetroot!!

I find that if I'm really constipated, vodka works wonders, and is enjoyable too heh heh

During my first week (last week) I was going lots! Sometimes twice a day, and one day I went 3 times!But I guess it was just all the rubbish coming out. And now this week there is nothing! But I feel fine and not got a sore tum so I'm not worried! It's a big thing we're putting ours bods through really, from eating rubbish (in my case anyway)! To eating proper food overnight! Am I the only one who find the bodily changes fasinating?!!!
