Extra Easy HELP!!

I need help, I'm attempting SW alone without going to classes. I have decided extra easy is the best option to try but after 1week I have stayed the same!!! Can anybody tell me do you HAVE to have your hexB ?? I don't seem to have been having this and wondered if this makes a difference?? Also when it says between 5 & 15 syns per day, how many would you recommend?? I'm baffled lol :)))) X x X
 
Hey! I would say that you need to have your hex b. I don't know if it would make a difference to weightloss but its in the plan. Also make sure you are having 1/3 of your plate superfree. Give it another week and see how you get on. Also try mixing a couple of red and green days in your week x
 
Yes you should be having your healthy extras as they're there to aid the weightloss and ensure you have a balanced diet (give you calcium and fibre). I have around 15 Syns everyday and still lose but you should be having AT LEAST 5 Syns everyday.

Have you been having 1/3 superfree at every meal? What have you been snacking on? Maybe post a couple of food diaries of what you e been eating and we can take a look at where you're going wrong :)

One week doesnt really mean anything, give it a month before you give up. Yes you do need your HEXes - nothing's compulsory but they are there for a reason. Between 5 and 15 means exactly that - between 5 and 15. Any number in that area is fine.

Are you eating your 1/3 superfree at every meal, snacking on superfree first? Are you measuring your HEXes and using the right type of bread if you eat it?

How about posting a food diary of what you've been having then people can point it out if theres something you've missed.

You'll definitely lose if you stick to the plan properly, its easy when you get the hang of it. Good luck x :)
 
You were probably still gaining from the week before you started so next week should be a lot better x
 
I echo the "gve it a month". Our bodies don't know that we want it to give up the fat, and it sometimes takes a while for it to kick in. If you're not losing after a month, then either you're not doing it correctly or it's just not the plan for you.

And I usually try and stick to between 5 and 10 Syns a day. That way if I do go over one day I have a buffer built up from maximum Syns.
