    A 80g primula light
10.5 SYNS 2 lvl tsp low fat spread & 2 light hifi & Cous Cous 3.5

it looks like you really need to tighten up on the syn values. Polenta and quorn sausages are not syn free any more and could be adding a lot of syns depending on how much you are having. Frozen quorn bacon is high in syns as well if you have been having that.

Check the yoghurts you are having are syn free as not all fat free ones are.

Check the syns of the things you were not sure of like the frozen yoghurt, sushi and sauces as these could be way out. Count all your syns as bisto, mustard, relish and chilli sauce are not syn free.

Double check that your HEs are right - you can have 45g rf cheese for a HEa now. Make sure the bread you are using is a HEB.

Hope that helps a bit x

Most quorn sausages are now 1 syn each but you can have Linda McCartney Red Onion and Rosemary ones as a free food. Don't mistake these with her normal sausages which are 2 syns each.

Polenta was (last time I checked) 4.5 syns for 28g of the grain, and 3.5 syns per 100g of the ready-made.

Quorn bacon, frozen is 6.5 syns for the packet
