    Weekly Mini Goals

    I have been so inspired by everyone's goals and mini goals... I thought it would be good idea to set a thread for incy wincy mini weekly goals...little things we want to do to boost our losses/health/mood etc

    My first goal this week is to drink 2lts a day

    Hope others have got some that they would like to add

    Week 7: -1lb
    Week 8: -1/2lb must try harder!
    Week 9: sts birthday week
    Week 10: -3.5lbs SOTW and stone and half award
    Week 11: -2lbs
    Week 12: -1.5lbs

    Ha, I actually do this already. I got a wall calendar that changes page every monday, so every monday I think of a new mini target/goal. This week its to exercise 5 times in the week using my Davina DVD.

    My mini goal this week is to do the exercises my physiotherapist gave me to try and ease the pain in my knees - plus he'll be checking I've done them on Monday!
    Start: 16st 4lbs
    Current: 14st 10lbs
    Goal: 11st 7lbs
    Club 10: 14st 9lbs
    Target for when I'm a bridesmaid in July 2012 12st 7lbs
    I just want 1 chin - not 17!
