Ready Meals
Hi i am still learning the ropes about SW end of second week last night 7lb loss which I'm chuffed about. Also enjoying being on the Extra Easy plan, only niggle at the moment is the amount of cooking/preparation each night I know can cook more to use over more than one day but I'm looking for ideas of ready made meals that just need cooking with extra veg etc but not sure how to work out which meals are ok as long as I stick to the 1/3 rule will help make my life bit easier now and again
