In just under 9 1/2 months I've lost just shy of 7 1/2 stone.
That was with messing about in the first few weeks and my losses starting to slow slightly, but that could be down to a few factors.
I'm averaging 2 1/2lb a week, there abouts, and that is perfectly fine for me. I hope to get to the 10 stone loss mark by my birthday- which will have taken 13 months ish from start to finish.
I've had a couple of months where I've lost a stone in the whole month, thats not every single month, but I tend to lose between 11-13lb a month average.
ETA- I started at 22 1/2 stone

Give it a go for a few weeks and see for yourself! and choose which way is best for you red/green/EE. Im doing EE and find myself rarely hungry due to the many free foods etc. Its sometimes feel that you are not even dieting! And I have never tried and cooked so many different foods! Just Love It! Give it a go
