    Finally joined class!!

    Work has been so busy that I've only just managed to join class!! Feeling very motivated now I've joined though

    Thanks! Found it really easy Thurs/Fri but have been poorly so haven't really been on track over weekend! No food yesterday and carb fest today! I have however stuck to plan and used hexb's and syns
