Can someone explain to me how my menu today is worked out
i.e. which plan it is on etc??
I don't officially start SW until 2moro but just cant get my head round it at mo!

Plain Oats so simple
Lunch
Wholemeal tuna sandwich with cucumber
Packet of Quavers
Dinner
Spag Bol
Garlic bread
Topped with parmesan

You get 60g of any wholemeal bread for a healthy extra b, after that it's synned and it can be quite high. it's the hardest part of the diet for me and what I miss the most- I tend not to have any these days.
