    feeling very low

Not having the best day, and yet again I'm having astronomical cravings for food thats not so great.
I feel so bloated, and ugly today. Been looking back at photos of me a few years ago and I looked so good, full of condifence! And when I look at myself now I just feel awful.
I'm supposed to be going for a night out on Saturday, but I'm not sure I'll go. I have zero confidence and a complete lack of motivation to put the effort into getting ready to go out.
Sorry for ranting a bit, just feels like no one I've talked to about it understands where I'm coming from

    Hi!

I'm having a pants day too - feel soooo hungry all the time. Am sure it will pass though for both of us.

I understand about the photos - I have always seen myself as fat, but looking back to a few years ago, I'd do anything to be like that again. It all seems like a long way away and a journey that will take such a long time.

But, tomorrow is another day - I think we have to take each day at a time. One bad day doesn't mean a bad week, and it doesn't make us bad people either!

Hate it when you get those kind of days . I know it's hard but you are taking positive steps to change how you feel about yourself. It isn't a guarantee that being slim makes you happy but im hoping it makes me feel healthier both physically and mentally. Go for your night out on Saturday. Usually the ones you are dreading turn out to be th best. Take care, hope tomorrow sees you feeling a little better.

Go out and enjoy yourself. It is good to socialise and I am sure your friends will praise you on taking a positive step to deal with your weight issue. I have a similar problem that I keep myself away from others. Some days I do not want to go out of the house. However, I am forcing myself to go out, meet up with friends and think that by staying positive and losing the weight I get my confidence back.

A bad day will rurn in to a bad week, bad month.... if we do not turn it in to a positive good day.

Please stay positive and go out on Saturday. You feel much better when you get there.

Everybody has good and bad days but don't let it get to you. Just remind yourself of the goal which you are on your way to achieve. Try not to look back...look to the future...a new healthier you!

Give yourself a treat to cheer yourself up. Go out on Saturday, enjoy yourself and get up Sunday with a positive mental attitude and then come back on here and tell us what a great time you had. These are the times where forums like this come into their own and offer the support that we all need every now and then.

    Go for it girl!!

Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going...

Thank you so much everyone I'm going to go out and enjoy myself. I'm looking at it like a reward for having lost over a stone.

Glad you decided to go out, hope you enjoyed it once you were out! It's only natural to feel the way you did once in a while!
