Originally weighed 17st 8lb in 2008. Lost 3st over 3 years (on/off the wagon).
Restarted SW at 14st 11.5lb, this time, I'll reach my goal.
Jan -6lb / Feb -2.5lb / Mar -3.5lb / Apr 0
Week 17 +1.5/ Week 18 -+1
/ Week 19 -1.5lb
Goal 1 - School "reunion" in 9 weeks - total loss of 4st - 6.5lb to go
Goal 2 - Overweight on BMI -11.5lb to go
Goal 3 - 12 stone 11.5lb by time meet BFS - 21 weeks 17lb to go
Target - 11 stone - 42.5lb's to go.
It doesn't even feel like a diet, just feels like i'm now eating normal food instead of constant rubbish. I think this is going to be a lifestyle change for me as opposed to just a diet - no more eating rubbish all day every day, least of all when i've reached my target.
