Hi Guys,
I'm on my way 2 my first SW class as we speak.. At my biggest I was 12st 12lb - went down to 9st 2lb on lipotrim last year but gradually put some on over the past 7 months...
So I'm joining SW to lose the last couple of stone - my weight this morning was 10st 12lb (I'm sure it will be heavier this evening at the class due to water, food etc I've had throughout the day)
Any advice you can give me would be fab!!!
I'll update my start weight after the class x

I started on Monday and have found planning is very good to stay on track! Good luck with your journey!
got down to 12 and a half on CD but really struggled! I'm still a stone and half lighter than when I started off though so not too bad!! Want to get down to 10 stone at least so a long way to go!
