    which fry light?

    does everyone use?

    i only thought there was one type but when i went shopping today i saw there was 2 in my morrisons! 1 sunflower and 1 olive oil plus ive heard there is a buttery one now as well!

    which one does everyone use and is different ones better for cooking different things?

    hmmm so the buttery one smells different? may be better then as im not keen on the smell of fry light

    Yes different sprays for different purposes in the same way you would use different oils for different things. There are also salad dressing and stirfry sprays as well as the ones already mentioned.
