    HELP!

I have been going to SW on and off for years and years but finally really went for it the week between Christmas and New Year 2010. I lost weight steadily last year and got my 4 stone award in September, going on to lose a further pound and a half.
That was almost 5 months ago and am now half a stone heavier having yo yo'd up and down by a couple of pounds each week ever since.
I put on 2 this week havin g had a good week and could have cried - is it just that my body is used to SW now or am I meant to be a big girl, albeit thinner than I was. I would love to get to my 5 stone but just feel it's never going to happen.
Any advice on how to get over this hurdle? x

Are you still eating the same size portions as before? As you are smaller now your body will need fewer calories and your appetite should naturally decrease so this happens. But many of us are so used to filling the plate (and emptying) it that it acn be easy to eat too many free foods just because they are free and because we've always had that amount.

Also, are you eating the same things all the time - it's easy to get into a rut but your body needs to be challenged by new things so crack out the books and try different foods and HEs.

Are you still measuring your HEs and those syns that need to be weighed or measured. It's easy to think you know how much 28g of cereal is but surprising hard to do.

Why not start by posting your food diary showing what and how much you are eating and we can take a look.

But don't give up, no-one is meant to be big just as long as your target is a reasonable one.

I do try to eat a different breakfast every day and am desperately trying to stick to the third of superfree foods rule.
I came away pretty determined on Tuesday and have decided to keep a proper diary this week as when you do Extra Easy its all too handy NOT to write stuff down as it;'s only one A and one B and most of my other food is free.
I try different recipes regualarly but unfortunatley some of them just aren't that very nice so i tend to dabble quite a lot in the kitchen with my own ideas.
I also need to exercise ............I zumba once a week and have been walking more .
