Stuck in a rut!

So, I lost 1 stone and happy. Well, I would be, if I didn't keep on fluctuating between 159lbs and 160lbs.

For two weeks, I've been changing between 159lbs and 160lbs. I've been following the Extra Easy plan all the way through, I've been doing some more walking, and exercising but yet, I keep staying around 159/160lbs.

The exercise is making no difference either. I've got one of those scales that measure body fat and body muscle and beside a 1% variation each time I check.

So, you lovely people ... what can I do? I'm still following my diet, and I've been REALLY careful with my syns.

I'm not really sure what you are asking? Are you wanting to lose more weight? Or are you concerned about the 1lb fluctuations?

Perhaps you dont need to lose any more weight? I know what weight I would LOVE to be but its very different from the weight that I can realistically maintain x

LOL, well, can maintain this easily and I'm following the diet strictly.

SilverLady, I did think about doing that but I'm worried that I'm worried I'll find it too hard. I love mixing veg and meat. I'm going to continue on EE until Monday and then have a look at Monday at my other options.
 
You can still mix veg and meat on red and heb the meat on green. Veg is free on all plans, except sweetcorn,peas,and beans on red. Its all free on green. With potatoes just heb them on red. Hope this helps
