Well had been getting on well but went to chinese with OH tonight, had salted chilli chicken wings which were very small then went for steak and veg for main with chips but only had a handful of chips BUT ate a tub of ice cream after?but im not dwelling on it gonna draw line under it try eat lots of superfree and free food and water between 2mro and wednesday.. Only thing is im gettin tooth took out 2mro so might not b able to eat much :/ xx

You can't flexisyn after the event!
Flexi synning is about setting yourself an upper limit before you go out for the event and then counting down. So, if you know you are going out, you work out the max you think you will need - maybe 30 or 40 or 50 and then you count back. You may not get to zero but you may. The main thing is all about staying in control and not getting the "s*d it" mentality.
After an event it's a case of draw a line, eat well and maybe reduce syns to 5 day to counteract any damage.
