Extra Easy Days Needs Help

Hey, ive been on SW now for a year and although i understand the plan etc i've hit a brick wall i need HELP!! I suddenly feel like i'm going backwards not forwards and that everything i've learnt over the past year no longer matters, the past few weeks i notice bad habits constantly re appearing and i'm on the verge of giving up. i have a stone left to lose and its looking further away than ever. Any tips advice or moans to know i'm not alone would be much appreciated.

Do you go to a group? If you do, why don't you sit in on the new member talk just to refresh yourself with the plan. I know members that do this every once in a while when they feel like they have hit a plateau or are finding bad habbits creeping back in. It should just help to revitalise things a bit - it can sometimes help to go back to basics and treat it as if your first ever week on Slimming World.
 
Hi thanks for your reply yes i go to froup and stay each week im just losing all motivation for the plan lately im gonna try a few day of success express mixed with the fast forward plan and hopefully that will spur me on
 
When that happens to me, I pretend I'm a consultant and give myself a "new member" talk. Usually helps to get me back on track! Or I pretend I've never followed the plan before, and read my book cover to cover - it's amazing how many times I've spotted something I hadn't seen before. Good luck!
