    % Lost 3.19%

    Bad day today fresh start tomorrow

    just totally come off plan & can't even remember what I've eaten ! I really don't want to go backwards . Fresh start again tomorrow . Sorry for the moan just thought might help if I got it off my chest !

    I know what you mean - I have gone off plan for a few days - I am on a course away from home for work and as much as I had good intentions I staying on plan the stress has shot that out the window (assessments!).

    My plan is to get back on plan as soon as I get home tomorrow night.

    Draw a line and focus on tomorrow!

    I'm fresh starting tomorrow. This weeks slipping away a bit and while I haven't lost it totally I have just over eaten quite badly this week

    As silly as it sounds, why not consider yourself back on plan from now? Even if you're not going to eat again tonight, you'll wake up already on plan and won't have to worry about making a fresh start?

    I know that when I have days when think 'back on it tomorrow' I then really struggle and this mindset can make a difference for me.
