    I need to get out of the "1 biscuit wont harm me " mode help !!!!! Pleeeeease :)

    joined these forums end of may but havnt logged on for 4 weeks, from joining up to last log in i was doing really well.... however since ,y last log in i havnt been in right frame of mind 1 biscuit here, odd bar choc there doing me no favours.....
    so im back and hoping ot get back on properly

    Just take a look at the hundreds of recipes on this forum, this should be a good starter for your new journey! go for it, draw a line under the past, thing positive and go for it, stop buying chocolates/biscuits, if you don't have them you can't eat them!

    One biscuit won't harm you......as long as you count it in your syns for the day!!!

    If biscuits are your thing, look for low syn ones such as Rich tea fingers, Morning coffee - denial is often the worst thing, I find cutting something out completely just makes you want that thing even more.
