Just take a look at the hundreds of recipes on this forum, this should be a good starter for your new journey! go for it, draw a line under the past, thing positive and go for it, stop buying chocolates/biscuits, if you don't have them you can't eat them!

One biscuit won't harm you......as long as you count it in your syns for the day!!!
If biscuits are your thing, look for low syn ones such as Rich tea fingers, Morning coffee - denial is often the worst thing, I find cutting something out completely just makes you want that thing even more.
