It will make a difference, but its hard to say how much as different people differ, plus some people weigh more around their TOTM anyway. I don't mean to sound harsh when I say it will make a difference btw, I'm not saying you will gain or even maintain (I don't think you'll gain btw) you'll probably maintain or even still loose but if you'd not gone over syns you would have lost more. I wouldn't worry, just try to stick to 15 max the next few days. Good luck for Wednesday

As you're only a week into SW I'd say you'll probably still see a loss - even though you've gone over syns there is probably still less in your diet now than before you started SW. That said, I tend to stick to plan 95% of the time - I usually have one day or rather evening where I'll have a few drinks but I do try and eat less syns on the days before and after. At the minute it is working for me, but if I start to gain then I'll have to change things.
Regarding TOM - I've cut out a huge amount of bread from my diet and started to exercise regularly & for last 2 months have had v little in way of cravings (had a Freddy frog 100 cal choc bar was only bad thing for TOM) plus not had that icky can't move feeling either. Good luck for weigh in - you've still 3 days - do them 100% and you may see a loss.

don't beat yourself up too much.. this last week was my first star week since on sw.. the chocolate cravings were gahhhh lol i caved last thursday and ate a large flake lol then went out on sat night and had kfc... then walked 8 miles after lol for these moments in future though i'll make up some of the sw desserts.. the trifle is lovely! and the whole thing is only a few syns.. but i usually share it with a family of 7, so that shows how big they are lol. and are worth their weight in gold for those sweet cravings.
