Help with SW!

Hey, soo im currently between 72 - 73kg i've been dieting on and off for around 2years.. I eat pretty well and at the moment exercising 8hrs a week (Kickboxing & circuits) But this weight is going nowhere its really starting to get me down i've never been soo huge and this weight malarky has knocked my confidence and self esteem :( soo my question is this.. Has SW helped people in my situation? and if so could you give me some stats? Reallyyyyy need to lose weight and its my birthday Nov 15th and i'd like to have some self confidence and look hot for it (probably isn't going to happen unless these spots clear up sometime soon, arghh) !

I find that when I exercise I don't loose as much weight that week compared to a week when I don't exercise but eat a lot and use all my syns!
 
Weight is obviously what brings us here but, 72kg isn't huge ( on my phone so can't see how tall you are) and really it's about how we look. For example some athletes would be classed as obese if looking at their BMI alone!

A pound if muscle takes up half the space of a pound fat, but burns an extra 50 cals a day at rest.
Slimming world is an excellent way of life and sticking to it will make you loose weight but exercising with it will make you hot, slim and toned (with a healthier heart, greater bone density and strength)!!

Don't give up, take some measurements so that you see the benefits in a non scale way.
