    I put a photo of myself when I was at my biggest on the fridge so that everytime I head to the fridge to find something naughty it's makes me think twice when I look at the dreaded awful picture

    Looking at your stats you have done really well. Just keep going, a photo is a good idea. And just pick something up that weighs what you have lost,that will give you the insentive to keep going a little bit longer if thats what you want to do.
