    When ur sick...

    Ive been sick 3 weeks plus now. Tonsilitis, chest infection & now a full blown I cant breath or taste cold. All i want is naughtyness, i wont let myself do that again tho i did it the other week.
    What do u all do when ur ill?
    What foods make u feel better?
    Am in need of a little help uno....just in case!

    Homemade chicken soup makes me feel better when I'm poorly. I agree tat naughty food is very tempting, but remind yourself it's not worth it if you can't taste it anyway! Hope you feel better soon.

    Week 40 - 2lb on
    Week 41 - 4lb off

    Week 43 - 0.5lb off & SOTW
    Week 44 - 1.5lb off and now 1lb below TARGET !! YAY Made it

    Soups or a big bowl of SW chips, feels like your been really naughty but your not and I treat my self to an options hot chocolate for 2 syns. When I have a cold I also cook a SW curry, clears your head out, spices are meant to be good for a cold

    Had a cold/chest infection for the last week so all I want is chocolate & cakes & crisps & pizza &........basically everything I shouldn't.
    To kerb the chocolate cravings I've had Options with a Hi-Fi bar.
    Also been making everything slightly spicier so 1) I can taste it & 2) I can try & sweat the lurgy out!
    I put on 0.5lb at my WI on Thurs but I don't worry too much when I'm poorly!

    I've been sick the past week too, tonsilitis, chest infection, flu, and swollen glands. Must be the season for it!
    Have to say I crave toast and tea when I'm sick... but have been staying on plan, rather than give in to it. I know I probably won't lose anything at WI on Tuesday, as I never really do when I'm sick, but at least I have hope of seeing it the week after.
