I have done slimming world in the past but it was a few years a go!! I have been doing Weight Watchers since February this year and lost a grand total of 1 lb So after speaking to my friend she recommended I try Slimming World Extra Easy... So today is my 1st day!!!
I don't go to the classes as I am saving for my wedding so can not afford to go... I am desperate to get to 10 stone for my wedding in September next year!!! I would appreciate it if anyone can help me along the way and could kindly point out where I am going wrong etc...
So here it goes... wish me luck
Breakfast: 35g Porridged Oats with 100ml Skimmed milk and 80ml Water = A & B
Snack: a Satsuma, a Banana
Dinner: Tuna Pasta with Cucumber, Tomatoes, onion & 2 Tbls Light Mayo (2)
Snack: WW Yoghurt (0.5), a Apple, a Satsuma
