    Challenge to myself !

    So I've set myself a challenge that i've made public at group last night - If I don't lose 2.5lb this week to get my first stone award, i'm doing a fast forward the following week ! So.... needless to say i'm trying extra hard this week for a good loss - anyone got anything that works for them to boost the losses??? i've been slowly losing/gaining/staying the same for weeks now and really want to cross into the "10 stone something zone"........

    Lot's of Superfree foods, speed & superspeed foods, mix up your Healthy Extra's, drink plenty of fluids, maybe lower your Syns (just by 1 or 2 a day could help). These are the things I usually look at when I need a boost x
