iam aware iam not using my full HE allowances, struggling to do so if am honest, might have a bit more milk via a few brews not listed but certainly isnt 375ml. i know i can have upto that. do i have to ensure iam having it all?

as for the philli, the small snack pot sized tubs are 35g and i can actually have 2 a day on HE-A, but was only having one.
i feellike all iam doing is eating, constantly because as i previously said, i have strange eating history and often only manage 2 meals a day.

is this all really still not enough?

375ml of skimmed milk for an A choice
Kraft, Philadelphia Extra Light, 25g 1 1/2 syns or as an A choice its 2 x 35g tubs of phili light

I dont see a lot of superfree with your meals or if you are having them are you having at least 1/3 of your plate filled with them? You may not be eating enough.

    HE-A) 100ML Skimmed milk
    HE-B) 2 x weetabix
    - Natural 0% yogurt, frozen red berries = 0 SYNS
    - Mackrel in tom sauce, cous cous = 0 SYNS
    - Pasta in passata, lean mince, onion, topped with cheese.= 8 SYNS
    Total = 8 SYNS
Where is your superfree with your main meal? pasta is a free food not a superfree, your mince is free not superfree, where do the 8syns come from with this meal?

I think you need to break down your meals onto a diary and put it in the thread along with other peoples diaries.
    ie
    Breakfast
    Lunch
    Dinner
    snacks

It will be easier for people to help you. If your not eating enough this could hinder your losses. Sorry if it sounds like im being harsh but were here to help you

my super free food was packed into the cous cous that i mae and packed with veg, as for the pasta dish, i went to a SW friends house for tea (whos lost 3 st) and she said she ate this all the time, i asked her what she'd syn the cheese topping as and she used a regular cheese and she said we better be safe than sorry and say 8?!
to be fair the order of the foods where the orders of the meals, due to the shifts i was working on those days.sometimes i eat my main meal at dinner time.
i have upped my superfree food by the latter of the week i thought.

I cant believe the amount of food we can eat on this plan - so just be patient and stick with it, it will work for you. If your going to a class the consultant will tell you if you attend for 4 weeks (I think it is) and dont lose they will refund your money. They have not refunded yet lol.

Could you still make a diary and maybe post some pics of your meals. Be careful with your meats as I noticed your mince is not extra lean so more syns

This is always the case when someone else cooks for you unfortunately. You will get the hang of it eventually. Once you join a class you will have all the books and tools to hand to help you. Maybe that will put your mind at ease a little.

Good for you for having the determination and looking into things at the beginning I have to admit I was 2 stone heavier before I joined although after first week I nearly gave up!!
Like yourself I was in a habit of eating nothing very substantial ! Except a main meal at dinner time ! Therefore when I saw how much you could eat I thought I could never get away with that!
At 1st WI I had sustained ?& others that had started had massive losses but my C said I was not eating enough Since then I have eaten a lot more & lost every week except when ill which resulted in gains!! All because I hadn't been eating enough.
If you're like myself I can not eat a massive meal and quite often have about 5 small snack meals but I always make sure that throughout the day I have 1/3 of what I eat in SF so if 3 meals is not for you adapt the plan to your lifestyle but do not forget the 1/3 SF (look at your day as a whole)
Easy ways to do this is to prepare ahead I always like to have a tub of fresh fruit salad which I can place in a bowl with FF Yog another is Pre prepared salad just to throw on a plate the other is SF soup all these can be done cheaply if you make from scratch
But if they are ready prepared in your fridge you'll op for them just as easily as you would a choc biscuit!
Hope that's a bit of help but believe me you do not loose weight by eating too little !! As strange as it sounds as your body goes into starving mode & holds on to as much of the calories you've eaten as it can
    Good luck
