    Soups for lunch

I'm slightly confused over the 1/3 super free thing. If I had a bowl of super speed or any free veggie soup for lunch would I still have to have a bowl of salad or vege as well? Or would the soup be ok on it's own given the amount of super free food in it? X

The ingredients in the soup count towards your third but only you will be able to judge whether they make up a third of the meal. Be careful with the super speed food as many of the ingredients are not superfree though
