Hiya! After weigh in today (lost 2lbs) I had two sausage bacon cheese and egg sandwiches on the nimble bread, can I use two slices as tomorrows HEB, or do I have to
Syn them and take something else as HEB tomorrow?

No. Healthy extras are daily. Any more should be synned.

Everything is daily hes, and the plan you chose! Some people, however, save syns for the weekend! Our c told us to start the week after w i with 70 syns and count down as you use them
