    Goal Date: Christmas 2013


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 41.3
    Current BMI: 38.3
    Goal BMI: 24.6


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 1st3lb
    Weight to Lose: 5st7lb
    % Lost 7.3%

    1/3 superfree query

    If I had a cheese and ham toastie (hexa and hexb) for breakfast would it be following the 1/3 superfree with sliced toms and mushrooms inside... or would I have to serve some kind of veg on the side? Personally I can't think of anything that goes with it for breakfast... I've planned to have tinned tomatoes and mushrooms on the side but it doesn't sound appealing.... views please?

    I have fruit as snacks anyway (or carrot sticks lol) so if i don't have 1/3 with my meal i have the fruit as back up anyway, but i usually have veg with what i have xxx
    Started Slimming world 06/01/12 at 16st 12lbs

    Current weight - 12st 2.5lbs

    Total loss - 4st 9.5lbs (65.5lbs)
