Help please :) struggling with last stone
I have lost just under two and a half stone since July, by following calorie controlling, eating 1,200 calories a day. Currently 11st10lbs but would like to get to 10st7lbs. Any tips on shifting the last stone?? Im thinking of perhaps changing to slimming world. i have done slimming world before and have all the books etc. does anyone have any tips? Thanks

All I can say is that S W is in my opinion the best weight loss plan by far. You will still lose weight, but can eat so much more than the calorie controlled diet you have been on, but you have done so well to lose so much in that time. Well done

By the way, the books may well have changed since you last did S W. The books were changed last January and they will be changed again this January. Just a thought

Aww ok i may have to get new ones. I havent been to well either. Because i have been eating foods really low in calories but no fibre. I was in hospital last week because of it but all better now. I think i need to change it
