Slimming world for fussy eaters

Is this possible? I'm not a huge fan of fruit, and I'm just getting used to eating veg but need some sort of sauce...
I decided to use slimming world because of the fantastic results other people have had but now thinking it may be more difficult than I thought (plus confusing) I have no idea where to start.
Can someone help me!!! :confused::confused::confused::sigh:

Hi Melissa! How about you wean yourself in with some homemade veg soup? If you're struggling to have super free with your meals then you could have your super free veg in your soup before the main dish? You can blend it right down if the texture isn't to your liking.

Try the recipes section for the mushy pea curry (sounds odd but it is yummy); I would list more but there is endless recipe inspiration on minimins - have fun exploring!

I hate fruit and veg!!! my last consultant despiared of me! But I make myself a soup now and thats how I get my veg in and if im hungry or craving il heat a bowl of soup up. Handy and only takes a couple of hours to make.

You can make up big batches of curries and pasta sauces to, to sneak in lots of veggies. The little book of sauces looks quite good for ideas though I haven't tried any yet, or have a look online for some ideas x

Red and Green plans will suit you more if you are not keen on fruit and veg, as there is no set amount of either.

I have exactly the same problem! But as others have suggested I make soups and blitz them right down, or add onions, mushrooms, toms, carrots, peppers to chillies and bolognaise. I think I'd actually be better with red and green too rather than EE but going to give EE a good go! Good luck :)

My husband wont touch fruit or veg, literally! So I've been dealing with his fussiness now for years lol... I find he can eat veg so long as its 'blitzed' and he is always quite surprised when i tell him what is in things as he doesn't realise. Do you think if you blitz it that you might eat it? You don't have to eat fruit either - if you can stomach veg then eat veg!

II am fussy on veg, love fruit. I got to target on red and green plans, but find I can eat lots of veg in soups if blended down smooth. Well all except butternut squash soup. For me I find that too sweet. I have got a pan on the go now for hubbys tea. Then I will freeze the rest. You will do this, it just takes a little planning and preparation but the rewards are well worth it :)
