Found a new love for almonds mmmm..starting snacking on them between meals and ate a load of them....Then i saw the syn value...oops! I thought they were good 4 u lol
They are good for you in that they contain vitamins and "good fats", but not great for loosing weight due to the fats/calories. The same as avocado etc.
When maintaining nuts are great to build into plan.
You can have some nuts as hexB on green if that helps.
