    Oh bum... What did I do that for?

    Despite being stuffed from a syn free dinner (because I had overdosed on Oreo cookies this afternoon) I have just defrosed a lump of chocolate butter cream from the freezer and eaten the lot. I now feel sick. And cross with myself. Why has my will power deserted me today?

    Today is my brothers 30th birthday so i have been off plan again. I have just got back from a meal and cake. I really must get back on plan immediately and not use is as an excuse for am evening of munching. I wish i had more will power this weekend!
