My last post was meant for you! Forgot to quote your post...I'm a terrible sleeper. Since losing a shed load of weight I get really tired so got o be early. about 10 ish in the week. Because it takes me ages to get to sleep and I get up several times a night for the loo ( don't know why but that's been happening since I started losing weight) i' don't get a lot of sleep .
